• Structured the project as separate Next.js frontend and Express TypeScript backend applications to keep storefront and API responsibilities clear.
• Implemented JWT-based authentication with profile management, Google sign-in, and role-based admin access.
• Built a rich product model supporting sizes, colors, media galleries, reviews, and related products for better merchandising.
• Added localized checkout support for Bangladesh with bKash, Nagad, and cash-on-delivery payment flows.
• Introduced a membership and rewards system with spend-based qualification logic to improve retention.
• Used an asynchronous email notification pipeline so customer and admin order events remain reliable and recoverable.
